Abstract: A program of regional reconnaissance combined with acquisition, processing, modelling and interpretion of 2007 Hale Energy heliborne, time delay electromagnetic located, digital data for near surface conductors possibly indicative of massive sulphide Cu-Au+basemetal mineralisation was implemented during second year of tenure. Multiple conductors were delineated requiring further investigation ie ground-truthing by GMAG - Ground EM geophysical surveying followed up by RAB - RC subsurface drill testing if warrented. The licence area is underlain by mainly magnetically interpreted Kanandra Granulite; pCk deemed time equivalent of 1820-1800Ma Strangways Metamorphic Complex rocks on ALICE SPRINGS deemed prospective for IOCG - VHMS basemetal deposits ie Johnnies Cu - Au and Utnalanama Zn - Cu - Au deposits located 80km to southwest. The licence area is wedged between two major east to east south east trending shear zones namely Delny (north) and Entire Point ShearZone (south). The metamorphosed to granulite facies mainly basic volcanic body is fragmented by a series of relatively close spaced northwest trending faults upgrading its regionally perceived IOCG prospectivity. About 90 percent of licence area is overlain by either a thin veneer of Quaternary alluvial deposits and or Tertiary Waite Formation containing coal measures (at a vertical depth of 100m within southeast corner of licence area).
