Abstract: A program of follow up reconnaissance combined with detailed geophysical analysis of (1) 2007 SKYTEM 500m l.s. and(2) acquisition, processing, modelling and interpretion of 2002 RIO TINTO 200m l.s.HOIST EM heliborne, time delay electromagnetic located, digital data (seeking near surface conductors possibly indicative of potentially economic massive sulphide IOCGU mineralization) was implemented during third year of tenure.Multiple conductors were delineated within current licence areas A,B&C requiring further investigation ie ground-truthing GMAG/Ground EM geophysical surveying followed by RAB/RC subsurface drill testing if warranted. The licence area is underlain by mainly magnetically interpreted 1844Ma Kanandra Granulite;pCsk , time equivalent of Strangways Metamorphic Complex rocks on ALICE SPRINGS prospective for IOCG/VHMS basemetal deposits ie Johnnies Cu - Au and Utnalanama Zn - Cu - Au deposits located 80km to southwest. The licence area is wedged between two major east to east south east trending shear zones namely Delny (north) and Entire Point ShearZone (south). About 90% of licence area is overlain by either a thin veneer of Quaternary alluvial deposits and/or Tertiary Waite Formation containing coal measures (at a vertical depth of 100m) within current licence area C
