| Abstract: | On 30 March 2010 Mining Licence 22934 was purchased by Tanami NT Pty Ltd (TNT) a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanami Gold NL from Newmont Tanami Pty. Ltd. (Newmont), a wholly owned subsidiary of Newmont Asia Pacific. The tenement is located approximately 40km northwest of the Tanami Mine and covers the ground immediately around the Groundrush open pit mine site (Figure 1). Exploration in the ninth year of tenure was completed by TNT only and has been limited to a reconnaissance trip and rock chip sampling. |
