| Abstract: | Exploration for gold and base metals was carried out in the past by several companies within the current tenure. The main focus for Thundelarra was directed to uranium exploration close to the contact of the Cullen Batolith with the Proterozoic metasediments on the western part of the tenement. Work carried out during the reporting period has been restricted to compilation of historical data, geological reconnaissance and rock chip sampling. Interesting copper, gold, molybdenum and bismuth values were recorded within rock chip samples from the Copperfield area. |
