Title Holder / Company: Peartree Resources

Year: 2009

Abstract: Work completed during year 5 consisted mainly of field reconnaissance, literature study and purchase and study of various maps completed by Anthony Wright. During this year a Scintillator counter was purchased and utilised on the EL area. A Scintillation counter measures ionising radiation. The sensor, called a Scintillator, consists of a transparent crystal, usually phosphor, plastic or organic liquid that fluoresces when struck by ionising radiation. The area of EL 24250 was walked extensively using the Scintillator to measure areas of interest. Extensive research into previous airborne surveys was carried out and data results of composite radiometric images, shuttle radar terrain models, NASA Landsat, profiles of Uranium and First Vertical derivative of TMI RTP are attached. An Option and Joint Venture Agreement was entered into on 26 November 2009. Samples have been taken and assayed on the area since this time, but as it was after the anniversary date for the 5th year, these cannot be included in this report.
