Annual report 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017 Nil activity for MLN 276 Mary River

Abstract

During the previous term and to date Boral have not extracted any sand from this location due to the lack of any operational requirement for Granite Sand and difficulties in the extraction process of sand in the bed of the Mary River. In addition, Boral was made aware that the title falls within an area that may be the potential site of a crocodile hatching area. For the reporting Period 1st January 2017 - 31st December 2017 Boral resources (QLD) Pty Limited did not undertake any extraction of sand from the site as it is not subject to a Mining Management Act Authorisation. In addition, extraction of sand from this site depends upon the grant of an Authorisation to undertake Activity.
