dc.description.abstractEL 28462 is within May Drilling's Daly River Project, which comprises of Exploration Licences 28462, 29731 and 30521. EL 28462 is located approximately 105 km South of Darwin. EL 28462 originally comprised of 127 blocks. On 25 May 2013, May Drilling reduced the licence from 127 blocks to 112 blocks. Then on 9 June 2017, May Drilling reduced the licence even further to 78 blocks. May Drilling conducted numerous activities on the relinquished blocks since grant. Desktop studies were completed and helicopter reconnaissance was also conducted. It was determined that the lithology in this area of the 34 relinquished blocks is too young to host economic mineral deposits.en_US
