During 2008, a drilling program commenced to more accurately define the Browns oxide and sulphide resources. A total of 5 diamond (DDH) and 15 reverse circulation (RC) drill holes further delineate the resources. 5 further RC holes were drilled; 2 for metallurgical purposes and 3 to sterilise areas of the mine site. Mining of the oxide deposit continued in the tenements during 2008 and September saw the first copper production from the Browns Oxide Plant.en_US
