| Abstract: | During reporting period, a peripheral review of the project was undertaken which reviewed the presence of significance gold resource within the tenement. This resource can be further extended if additional drilling is undertaken. However, during the reporting year, all the technical and financial resources were focused in bringing online Toms Gully gold mine, Cosmo Deeps and Maud Creek deposit. Toms Gully mine and gold mill re-commenced production on 25 July 2008.However, on 15 September 2008, GBS Gold Australia came under voluntary administration and all mining and processing operations have been placed under care and maintenance. |
