| Abstract: | Clay samples from drillcore in the NTGS core store were assayed. They are from the so-called Gunn point Clay and within what is now A 25103. Holes M9 to M16 were sampled. XRF analysis was undertaken. Kaolinite is the major component, all holes except MMS1 and 4 had a major vermiculite component, minor mica and quartz was present. |
