Abstract: A ground-based gravity survey program was completed at Neutral Junction project between December 2016 and April 2017. Gravity readings were conducted at 520 individual stations according to a 1 km x 1 km rectangular survey grid. The aim of the survey was to provide gravity data coverage of the Adnera Hill area, a highly prospective part of the Neutral Junction project with four exploration targets interpreted to have the potential to host economic precious and base-metal mineralisation. The survey objective was to generate infill gravity data to complement the existing open-file 4 km x 4 km Bouger gravity dataset. Bowgan Minerals Limited contracted Atlas Geophysics Pty Limited (Perth) to complete the program with co-funding provided as part of Round 9 of NT Government's CORE initiative. The program commenced during December 2016, but was postponed owing to unseasonal rainfall and flooding in the project area. Survey work recommenced during March 2017 and the program was completed in early April 2017. The gravity survey program was successful according to its aim to generate a higher resolution of gravity coverage for the Adnera Hill area, Neutral Junction project. A new gravity dataset is now available which will provide a clearer definition of a number of gravity features which could not be interpreted from the original 4 km x 4 km survey density. Early interpretation of the new dataset has identified correlations between the gravity features and a number of magnetic anomalies in association with surface anomalies at four exploration targets at Adnera Hill.
