Fifth Annual Report EL 25027 Acacia Project for the reporting period 19 April 2010 to 18 April 2011

Abstract

C and S Contracting and Earthmoving Services Pty Ltd was granted EL 25027 on the 19 April 2006. Acacia Minerals acquired the Licence with the transfer being approved on the 17 March 2008. EL 25027 is contiguous with the Company's Exploration Licences 24932, 26434 and 26777. The Licences are worked as one project known as the 'Acacia Project'. This report covers the exploration work carried out during the fifth year of tenure from the 19 April 2007 to 18 April 2008. The project area of EL 25027 is 100% owned by Acacia Minerals Pty. Ltd. a subsidiary company of Northern Territory Resources. The tenement covers 4 blocks (66.48 sq. km) and was sought for a six year term. The area applied for covers land falling within NT Freehold Land, Perpetual Pastoral Lease Land, Crown Lease (Term) Land and Vacant Crown Land. Based on previous year's exploration activities and results, a RAB program was designed to compliment and complete drilling that commenced in the previous year. A total of 72 holes were drilled on the tenement, to date, for a total of 2213.12 metres. Thomson Aviation, based in Griffith NSW, carried out a Fixed Wing Geophysical Survey of a total of 3,101 line km near Humpty Doo, NT. The survey covered all Acacia Minerals tenements in the area and the total airborne survey has been included in this report. Interpretive work undertaken by Frank Lindeman Consulting Services identified targets that were drilled as part of this year's campaign.
