Abstract: | The area is considered to be prospective for base metals, precious metals and industrial minerals. Work conducted in the first year consisted of a comprehensive literature survey of the whole of the areas that form the Plenty Rivers Project. Preliminary field exploration has proven encouraging for the interpretation of existing datasets with further work recommended for the coming year. 5 rock samples were analysed in the field using a Niton portable XRF. |
