Bootu Creek Manganese Project Annual exploration report for ML 24031 2nd year 20 September 2005 to 19 September 2006

Abstract

The mineral lease is located entirely within the Tomkinson Creek Group in the Ashburton Province of the Tennant Creek Inlier. The favourable manganese bearing horizon is located on the contact between the dolostone and siltstone units of the Attack Creek Formation and the overlying sandstone of the Bootu Formation. During the reporting period, HoistEM survey, geological review and investigation of Aster multi-spectral data and reconnaissance sampling were carried out. In addition, an extensive drill program totalling 23,360m was undertaken during the reporting period. New resources were calculated for Shekuma, Chugga and Tourag deposits
