| Abstract: | The 1982 Curtin Springs Aeromagnetic Survey was conducted by Geoterrex Ltd on behalf of Weeks Australia Ltd within OP213 & OP214 in the Northern Territory. The survey covered an area of 1600 square kilometres and comprised of a total of 4800 line kilometres. The magnetic data was sent to Exploration Computer Services Pty Ltd for further processing. Several structural traps indicated. A number of smaller circular structures may be related to diapirs. The major magnetic sources are basic volcanics near the top of the Bitter Springs Formation. |
