Abstract: This reinterpretation project conducted within OP63 in the Georgina Basin was conducted by Industrial Geophysical Surveys in 1963 on behalf of Alliance Petroleum Australia NL. The aim of this study is to correlate all the geophysics that has been carried out in the permit and to recommend areas for further geophysical surveying. The depth of sediments varies in permit OP63 from MSL to approximately 10,000 to 12,000 feet below MSL. A basement ridge occurs across the permit, 4000 feet below MSL. Three areas are recommended for more detailed study.
