| Abstract: | The 1987 Weaber Seismic Survey, situated within OP186 Northern Territory, was carried by G.E.S Pty Ltd, for and on behalf of Santos Ltd. The acquired seismic data was sent to Western Geophysical for further processing. The purpose of this survey was to first define the size and limits of the Weaber gas field and to pick the location of an appraisal well, Weaber-2. The survey consisted of 18 new seismic lines with a total distance of 140.58km which was recorded using Vibroseis technique. The 60-fold data quality was found to be fair to good quality. |
