| Abstract: | The 1987 Simpson Seismic Survey was carried out by Norpac International Inc on behalf of Sydney Oil Company Pty Ltd within the northern central locations and the north-western corner of OP238. The survey covered 2 areas and was recorded using the vibroseis source with uphole control, with a total of 225km of seismic data acquired. Data processing was performed by Hosking Geophysical. The survey was aimed to further detail potential leads in the Border Trend and Madigan trough areas. |
