Abstract: | The Dakota Bore Seismic Survey was conducted by Geoseismic Australia Pty Ltd for Beach Petroleum in OP57 to link and extend pre-existing survey conducted the Hale River Floodout Area and Anacoora-Andado areas. A total of 195.5km of seismic was shot during the survey. The survey outlined the previously located McDills gravity maxima and demonstrated Permian drape section to be thickening continuously to the east over deeper plunging anticlinal structure. Structural closure along the axis of the McDills anticline was proven within the Permian. |
