Abstract: | EL 23495 was granted to Neil Henry Scriven on the 7th of November 2002. The area extent of the exploration licence, in year three, consists of 31 one minute blocks. The licence is located approximately 10 kilometres east of Helen Springs station homestead. The station is located approximately 150 kilometres north of Tennant Creek. Access to the exploration licence is by a station track which transects the exploration licence. The Ashburton Range, the largest physiographic feature in the district, also transects the exploration licence. The exploration licence encompasses an agricultural area known as Milla Milla paddock and the graded station track provides access to this paddock and to other paddocks to the east on the Barkly tableland proper. The main hydrological feature on the exploration licence is McKinlay Creek, a 10 to 20m wide drainage which drains the majority of the area covered by the exploration licence. During the reporting period, geological mapping of the area was carried out and EM was conducted over the tenement area. |
