Abstract: Exploration Licence 23914 White Devil, is located immediately to the east of the White Devil and Black Angel mines. This report records the exploration work completed on EL 23914 during its first year of tenure, from the 22 June 2004 to 21 June 2005. Targets are Tennant Creek-style magnetite ironstone associated gold and copper ore bodies, and also shallow haematite-ironstone related gold deposits. EL 23914 is ranked as a high-priority exploration area, given its proximity directly along strike from the White Devil, Black Angel and Cruisader deposits, the presence of significant magnetic anomalies within prospective Warramunga Formation and significant structures which transgress the geology within the EL. Only desktop studies were undertaken in year one.
