Abstract: Wide spaced regional geochemistry utilising both 75um soil and maglag sampling techniques identified six areas of elevated gold and copper values within EL 5701. Follow up sampling using the same techniques with an additional conventional -2mm soil samples taken, has identified three elevated gold targets of interest with responses of up to 104.8 ppb Au. Other responses includes 5.75 ppb and 2.52 Au. Although highly anomalous copper, silver and lead rock chip samples were collected (lead 12.03%, copper to 9.7% and silver to 162.42 ppm), all anomalous rock chip grab samples were associated with small workings and cropout along strike from occurrences. Further detailed infill soil sampling is justified with respect to the high order gold in soil response.
