Exploration for iron ore was confined to the northeastern block of the tenement. Best results from the 24 holes totalling 804 m drilled at EL 9999 included 30 m @ 64.9%Fe, and 0.047%P in hole OHPC011. Future work will include percussion drilling to check known iron ore resources, concentrating along Line 1. The aim of further drilling is to delineate additional mineralisation that will increase the previously reported resource of 214,000t @ 60.2%Fe and 0.09%P. |
