Abstract: This is the annual report for the Tanami Project. As such, it details all exploration activity conducted over the project licences during the calendar year for 2004. The focus of exploration in 2004 was again on fewer higher priority targets. Consequently, the near-mine targeting was reviewed and revised by the team and the majority of the budget allocated to 4 main target areas within 20 km of the Callie and Granites operations - Callie Trend, Anomaly 2 Trend, Symington Trend and Grimwade Trend. Limited reconnaissance programs were carried out within EL 2366 and a small amount of work was undertaken at Ivy South within EL 4529. Overall on the three EL's there were 1022 BCL, 67 RC, 264 AC/RAB for a total of 20130 drilled and 6765 samples. IP and EM data are supplied. Exploration of the three licences in 2005 will continue at a similar level to this season. These licences are the core focus of regional exploration in close proximity to The Granites milling infrastructure, and remain a high priority. In 2005 the exploration programs aim to define near surface oxide resources suitable as blend material for the Granites Mill.
