Final report for SEL 10038 Thumper for the period 16 May 2002 to 15 July 2004

Abstract

This is the final report for SEL 10038. As such, it details all exploration activity conducted over the relinquished blocks of the above licence, for the period 16th May 2002 to 15th July 2004. During 2003, Newmont re-negotiated an agreement with the NTDBIRD to modify the group reporting arrangement for the Barrow Creek JV exploration licences to cover EL10013 (Antelope) and SEL10038 (Thumper). The area covered by the Barrow Creek Joint Venture (BCJV), located approximately 300 km north of Alice Springs, was being explored for economic gold mineralisation. Exploration activities conducted over the reporting period comprised: 248 air core, 15 lag and 53 soil.
