Partial relinquishment report for EL 29724 and EL 29725 Barrow Creek Project 17 May 2013 to 1 July 2016

Abstract

Exploration Licence 29724 was reduced by 3 blocks and Exploration Licence 29725 by 12 blocks, both effective 1 July 2016. Exploration on the relinquished tenement areas included a project wide reprocessing of comprehensive aeromagnetic data and integration into an interpretive basement geology map. Based on a review of these data the blocks for relinquishment were selected. It was concluded, the majority of the magnetic data available is of poor detail and did not show any immediate targets. Also NTGS open file interpreted geology maps suggest a Georgina Basin cover sequence of unknown thickness, which in turn suggests that if any targets can be identified, they would be at a significant depth. The geochemical data available is poor and is not expected to be upgraded with additional sampling.
