Second combined annual report for EL 8694, EL 8696, EL 8697, EL 9442 and EL 9449 Lake Mackay Project for year ending 21 August 2004

Abstract

The Lake Mackay Project is located approximately 460 km WNW of Alice Springs in the Arunta Region. Access is obtained via the Tanami Road, the Central Mount Wedge-Newhaven-Nyirripi Road and graded exploration tracks west of Emu Bore to the Lake Mackay Camp on EL 8697. The Lake Mackay Project currently comprises five granted Exploration Licences; all of which are covered in this Combined Annual Report for exploration from 22 August 2003 to 21 August 2004. All tenements are registered to Tanami Exploration (TENL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tanami Gold NL (TGNL), a publicly listed company. Exploration consisted of RAB drilling and geochemical sampling by Newmont and data assessment and reconnaissance by TENL on the Taupo, Te-Anau, Manapouri and Redbull anomalies.
