Abstract: During the life of the surrendered portion of EL 27241, the company completed a regional review of past exploration along with data compilation. The surrendered part of the tenement covers lower members of the Proterozoic Tawallah Group including the McDermott and Aquarium Formation and Sly Creek Sandstone that are not known to be prospective for copper mineralisation. Although a number of isolated copper anomalies identified from historic stream sediment sampling occur in the McDermott Formation they are low tenor. Blocks over unprospective stratigraphy have therefore been recommended for surrender, totalling 48.
