EL 26535, EL 26539, EL 26556 and EL 26557 Carpentaria Project Group technical report for the period ending 31 August 2010

Abstract

During this reporting period, a VTEM (versatile time-domain electromagnetic) helicopter electromagnetic (EM) survey was flown over higher priority target areas identified by the desktop study. The VTEM survey covers portions of each tenement within the project area. The start of the survey was delayed by the wet season. The VTEM data acquisition was completed in late June 2010 and final data were received in mid September 2010. A digital copy of this dataset is included with this report. Tenements EL 26535, EL 26556 and EL 26557 were each reduced by more than 50% as required by the Mining Act, during the reporting year. A Waiver of Reduction was requested and approved for EL 26539, because most of the tenement was covered by VTEM surveying and the data need to be analysed for targets.
