Abstract: Results of the reconnaissance loam sampling were encouraging with several samples reporting high counts of kimberlitic chromite within an area approximately 2.5 km X 2.5 km. Follows up loam sampling program results are awaited. An aerial photography study was completed over the part of the licence and no kimberlite targets were identified from the study. An airborne magnetic survey was conducted and no anomalies were identified as being associated with kimberlite pipes. Previously selected targets were also reviewed and one anomaly was added to the list for ground follow-up. A total of 22 targets were ground tested and only one was selected for drilling. Carried out Ground Acoustic Penetration survey across the northern part of the tenement was disappointing after it failed to identify the known Abner Range kimberlite breccia pipe. RAB drilling was completed on the selected drilling target failed to intersect kimberlite.
