| Abstract: | This report details work completed on MLCs and MCC of the Tennant Creek East group that are subject to the Central Joint Venture 2 Agreement. Since 1995, Normandy has explored the tenements for ironstone hosted Au/Cu/Bi mineralisation within Proterozoic Warramunga Formation. No on-ground exploration was carried out in 1999. Peko East and Blanc exploration data was compiled and the magnetic anomalies re-modelled. Previous exploration data reviews and geophysical interpretation indicate at Peko East untested potential in the large Anomaly 2 and Anomaly 6 ironstone systems. The area does not rank highly against other targets in the Tennant Creek Field and no further drilling is planned for the following year of tenure. |
