Abstract: Mining lease is hosting twelve kimberlite pipes, ten of them are currently under evaluation. Exploration during the reporting period involved loam grid sampling, geophysical surveys and drilling. A review of previous geophysical surveys outlined fifteen anomalies for further investigation. Interpretation of aerial electromagnetic survey conducted in the reporting period revealed one anomaly recommended for further testing. Gravity surveys outlined four anomalies recommended for further investigation. Ground magnetic survey did not located areas for drill testing. New geophysical techniques: GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) and GAP (Ground Acoustic profiling) surveys were trialed within the licence and helped to identify 33 prospective targets. Drill testing of geophysical targets continued in the reporting period but failed to intersect kimberlite pipe. Infill loam sampling program was undertaken in the northern portion of the tenement, aiming to identify new areas of kimberlitic chromite. Sampling details are unavailable yet. Further work will focus on these areas where previously trialed techniques have proved ineffective and in the areas where indicator minerals and diamond anomalies need to be resolved.
