Title: EL 27654 First annual exploration progress report for Bootu Creek Two Project 14 July 2010 to 13 July 2011

Abstract: Bligh Resources Ltd is an unlisted public company focused on the exploration and development of manganese, gold and copper throughout Australia with tenements in Western Australia, Northern Territory and New South Wales. Bligh's Northern Territory manganese prospect is known as the Bootu Creek Two Project (the tenement) and lies 36km south of the world class Bootu Creek Manganese Mine in the central Northern Territory. The geology and structural setting of EL 27654 is similar to that of OM Holding's Bootu Creek Manganese Mine. Exploration activities completed during the reporting year included: Purchase of World view satellite data and processing; Geoimage Pty Ltd produce a range of images from regional data sets (magnetics, gravity, radiometric); and geological and reconnaissance mapping. Heavy rain during the course of the reconnaissance mapping led the trip to be shortened by five days and as a result only main areas of enrichment were visited and no samples were able to be taken. Areas of manganese and iron enrichment all within the Attack Creek Formation were visited. The enrichment is strata bound and occurs preferentially within the nose of the syncline and the area transected by NNW faulting. The relationship between mineralisation and structure does not appear clear at this stage and appears that bedding is the main structural control within the host rock. The manganese and iron enrichment appears to be related to the regolith processes. Physical erosion dominates in the hilly area therefore enrichment from this process is likely to have depth restrictions. Within the poorly outcropping and weathered dolomites are large areas of enrichment. Drilling will be required to test the depth potential of these enriched areas. It is recommended that another mapping trip is completed to ensure nothing has been overlooked and so that sampling may take place.
