Title: | Partial relinquishment report EL 29015 for the period 5 April 2012 to 7 May 2015 |
Title Holder / Company: | Territory Iron |
Report id: | CR2015-0404 |
Tenure: | EL29015 |
Year: | 2015 |
Author: | Glass, L |
Abstract: | Activities undertaken by Territory Iron include: A detailed desktop study and review of all earlier data relevant to the relinquished ground, including and evaluation of DME open file reports. A ground gravity survey and an airborne electromagnetic (EM) survey were undertaken over part of the relinquished ground in 2013. Despite the geology and the structural setting of the area being similar to the Frances Creek mine area, the overall prospectivity appears lower. Territory Iron therefore concludes that the area holds little potential for iron mineralisation of economic value and has decided to partially relinquish graticular blocks from this tenement. |
