Abstract: | A detailed aeromagnetic-radiometric survey was completed over the licence as part of a larger regional survey. The information in conjunction with aerial photography were used to interpret the (structural) geology of the area, and to define potential drill targets. The interpretation shows 2 southerly plunging fold hinges of Gerowie Tuff and Koolpin Formation that have been semi conformably intruded by Zamu Dolerite. The later is clearly defined by a high and the Gerowie Tuff by a low in the radiometrics. During a field reconnaissance trip eleven rock chip samples were collected with the highest result being 30 ppb Au. |
