Abstract: | Further deep diamond drilling of the Callie Wilson shoot continued, mainly along section 10300 E. Only one hole intersected significant wide mineralisation i.e.. DBD380D3 52 m at 5.34 g/t from 1045 m. At Colliwobble Ridge-Sleepy Hollow gold mineralisation occurring within the Schist Hills Iron Formation (SHIM) was tested at depths greater than 50 m to intersect the anitclinal structure. 26 RC holes and 3 diamond drill holes were completed with significant mineralisation obtained in most holes, i.e.. 23m at 4.29 g/t Au, 23m at 3.87 g/t Au, 20m at 4.49 g/t Au. At Mt Paddington 2 lines of RC holes were completed and confirmed the presence of anomalous gold mineralisation, best result was 26m at 1.52 g/t Au. Similarly Sequel Ridge was tested with 28 RAB holes along 4 section lines confirming the presence of narrow anomalous gold. A summary of resources at Callie is given as 2.865 million ounces to 690 m vertical depth. The reserve to 370 m is given as 644 000 ounces. |
