Abstract: EL 29029 has been granted to Darwin Mining and Exploration Pty Ltd on 6 June 2012. During this first year, a detailed review of the previous exploration work has been conducted, this has revealed that the title area has potential for base metal mineralisation, such as copper, lead, zinc, tungsten and precious metal silver associated with intrusion of unexposed granite and its hydrothermal fluid activities in the area. Except the above metal mineralisation, uranium associated with hydrothermal fluid activities along a major fault at east of the tenement has also been recognised after two reconnaissance and supported by the previous geophysical and geochemical results. Mineralisation at Silver Kings has been mentioned as a vertical pipe-like. In fact, it is associated with a series of nearly N-S faults crossing cut a series of near E-W secondary faults related to the major E-W fault at east of the tenement. The mineralisation is located at nearly west end of the major fault with hydrothermal fluid activities associated with uranium mineralisation. It is obviously there is a potential for uranium exploration in the tenement area.
