Abstract: | 353-40# soil samples were collected from the A-B soil horizon in 3 phases. Initial sampling outlined a linear trend to low level anomalism. Follow up however suggested a more random distribution. The anomaly straddles an anticlinal axis and is associated with the contact of the Gerowie Tuff- Mount Bonnie Formation. 83 rock chip samples were also collected from iron rich, cherty or siliceous horizons. No significant values were obtained from the rock chip samples. The maximum assay was 20ppb Au. |
