Abstract: | 111 2mm soil samples were collected on a 800 x 50m grid. In addition 12 vacuum drill holes totalling 41m were completed. Soil sampling returned a spot high of 820ppb Au. After ground inspection it was considered that the sample was collected in alluvial material with drainage attributable from the Howley Anticline. It was therefore considered non representative. The general results were disappointing, and downgraded the northern section of the tenement. |
