| Abstract: | The Moline Project Area is centred on the abandoned Moline goldmine which is located approximately 40 kilometres ENE of Pine Creek township. Tenements included in the project comprise Mining Lease MLN 1059 which encloses the main area of old mine workings; exploration Licence 8555 which surrounds the Lease; and 82 Mineral Claims which lie peripherally to the EL. These tenements are being explored by Compass Resources NL under a joint venture agreement with the titleholder, Mr M. Teelow. Work carried out during the reporting period included database reviews, geological surveys, photogeological mapping, drainage sampling, soil sampling and rock chip sampling. |
