Title: Third annual report on exploration activities over EL 26196
Title Holder / Company: Spinifex Uranium
Report id: CR2011-0877
Tenure: EL26196
Year: 2011
Author: Kastellorizos, P
Abstract: This report describes the final results of literature research and target generation based on re-interpretation of magnetic/radiometric data carried out during the whole year of tenure over the Exploration Licence area. During July 2011 consulting geologists Kastellco Geological Consultancy conducted a review of existing historical exploration data within the Northern Territory Geological Survey Database. This was conducted for all the Project area to identify any high potential uranium and diamond exploration targets and resulted in the identification of some targets that warrant further work. The Chabalowe Bore Project has the potential to host phosphate/rare earth mineralisation as per outlined during the 2011 drilling by Nu Power Resources Ltd in the adjacent tenement; EL 26196 has extensive outcropping of the Chabalowe Formation which host phosphate mineralisation.
