Title: | EL 8053 McCallum Creek Annual report year one of tenure from 28 April 1993 to 2 April 1994 |
Title Holder / Company: | Dominion Gold Operations |
Report id: | CR1994-0489 |
Tenure: | EL8053 |
Year: | 1994 |
Author: | Bredhauer, H |
Abstract: | In the reporting period, work completed included some 152 soil samples, 71 rock chip samples, 12 RC percussion holes totalling 593m, vacuum and aircore drilling. Soil sampling defined a zone of gold anomalism to the west of an area detailed by WMC. Follow up rock chip sampling was encouraging (max 27.5ppm Au). Aircore drilling indicated possibly 4 zones of anomalism striking N-S towards the main soil anomaly. RC drilling of the main soil anomaly returned 1m at 3.5ppm Au downgrading the prospect. |
