| Abstract: | EL 7738 is explored for Brocks Creek type gold mineralisation, which is considered part of the Gerowie Tuff and occurs along ESE-trending anticline axial zones. In this annual period a program consisting of 206 soil samples, geological mapping, 16 rock chip samples, 304 vacuum drill holes and structural interpretation was completed. Soil sampling outlined As-Au anomalism (max value 457ppm As and 169ppb Au) over Zamu Dolerite and Koolpin Formation. Vacuum drilling was completed where the soil sampling was not regarded as definitive. This work found anomalous Au-As values (max 159ppb Au-63ppm As) associated with the Gerowie Tuff. |
