| Abstract: | EL 7738 is explored for Brocks creek type gold mineralisation, which is considered part of the Gerowie Tuff and occurs along ESE-trending anticline axial zones. During the first year of tenure Cyprus has acquired new air photography, detailed aeromagnetic and Thematic mapper data and carried out semi regional soil sampling. A formal interpretation of the data acquired is in progress. The soil sampling programme involved the collection of 296 samples which were analysed for gold and arsenic. Results were pending at the anniversary date. |
