Title: Annual report of exploration activities on EL 6306 and 6307 for the period 16 November 1990 to 15 November 1991
Title Holder / Company: Poseidon Gold
Report id: CR1992-0014
Tenure: EL6306;  EL6307
Year: 1992
Author: Schusterbauer, JR
Abstract: Work for the Year ending 15 November 1991 consisted of gridding, soil sampling, ground magnetics, RC drilling, downhole geochemistry and geological mapping including photo interpretation. The soil sampling programme defined several weak anomalies, namely Kroda 1, Kroda 2, Tip Toe, Tulip, and NW Petricks. Follow up at Tip Toe and NW Petricks included RC drilling. The results from Tip Toe returned a maximum of 3m at 2.34ppm Au from a sequence of quartz veined, quartz biotite schist. Drilling at NW Petricks returned low tenor values ranging from less than 1ppb to 138ppb Au and less than 5 to 740ppm As.
