Abstract: EL 24138 was granted on 8 October 20014 and comprised 2 subblocks covering an area of 6.5 km2 and was located near Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. Sipa conducted a 216.5 line km aeromagnetic survey at 50 m line spacing on EL 24138 in 2011? 12 which identified a number of magnetic anomalies, and one classic 'bulls eye' Tennant Creek style magnetic anomaly, which is known to host Cu?Au mineralisation in the Tennant Creek mineral field. A review of the previous exploration by Meteoric Resources concluded that the results on EL 24138 did not warrant further exploration and the tenement was surrendered on 15 October 2013.
