Title: Annual report, Yatjalu, Yatjalu West and Gum Creek Project, EL 27633, EL 28700 and EL 27634, for the period 9 April 2012 to 8 April 2013

Abstract: During the reporting period, Royal Resources Limited undertook a soil sampling program at Yatjalu and Yatjalu West. In total, 226 soil samples were collected from four grids on a 100m by 100m grid spacing. In addition a gravity program was proposed for Yatjalu West but not undertaken due to budget constraints. No work was performed on Gum Creek. Yatjalu and Yatjalu West (EL 27633 and EL 28700) are considered to be completely underlain by Mt Eclipse Sandstone over an irregular basement, which in turn is overlain by incised Tertiary channels, probably controlled by the incompletely buried topography. Younger Quaternary units cover most of the Licence area with only low ridges of Mt Eclipse exposed on the northern edge where it is affected by the Yuendumu Fault. Tertiary channels identified by gravity surveys have been the focus of exploration through undertaking geochemical surveys to identify mineralised zones. Due to budget constraints no work is planned and the tenements are set to be relinquished.
