Abstract: During the reporting period of the three year tenure, Royal Resources Limited undertook a gravity survey and two drilling programs within EL 27633. The gravity survey defined an interpreted Tertiary palaeo-channel which was later drill tested. The first drill program targeted the gravity defined paleo-channel on the southern margin of the tenement and a second drill program targeted the Yuendumu Thrust on the northern margin of the tenement. In the northern section six reverse circulation (RC) holes were drilled for 1158m and in the southern section six rotary mud holes were drilled for 711 m. In addition, soils were collected over several grids targeting palaeo-channel areas as defined by the gravity. Factors considered not to renew the tenement were based on firstly the insignificant results from areas tested, the declining interest in uranium and the green-fields high risk nature of exploration. The tenement potentially remains untested and recommendations are given within report. Quaternary sands cover the area and the buried Tertiary channels. Gravity is successful in defining the position of the channel but can not differentiate between mineralised (uranium) and non-mineralised features. Drilling of the Yuendumu Thrust located its position but failed to detect any mineralisation or evidence of mineralised fluids.
