EL 27876 Walabanba Project Partial relinquishment report 2 August 2010 to 1 August 2013

Abstract

A partial relinquishment from 120 down to 60 blocks has been undertaken prior to the third anniversary of grant of the licence. A full literature review was carried out on the historical data available, of which there proved to be little within EL 27876. Geological reconnaissance has shown that there is significant transported Aeolian cover in the relinquished area and the retained blocks have been chosen to cover geophysical anomalies identified from regional data and where depth of cover is likely to be mininal.
