Abstract: Natural Resources Exploration?s exploration activities are focused on delineating surface targets with the aim of identifying any potash, phosphate or base metal mineralisation. During the reporting period NRE, in conjunction with its consultants and geologists, began an extensive review of all its tenures. This extensive review included the assessment of those tenures within the Brunette Downs Project. Assessment of the Brunette Downs Project has highlighted some base metal and precious metal (Au, Ag) anomalism within water bores and surface samples. All anomalous results are within Cambrian age sedimentary rocks in areas where depth to basement is at least 100 m (maximum drilled depth of water bores). There is a wide range of values for some elements, especially Pb and Zn. NRE?s geologists also highlighted an Au result of 50 ppb in a soil sample.
